This is a Genesis Cat 1045MM long, powered by a Leopard 3660 2550KV motor, through an Octura X435 prop, it will run on 5 Cell LiPo, do not know what speed she will do yet, but based on my friends setup, I am hoping for the upper 70s (Motor: Leopard 3660 2550KV) (ESC: Turnigy 180A) (10/10)

This is a self righting hull, that in fact doesn't, so I have filled the flood chamber with bouyancy foam, but it runs great. (Motor: Hobbywing 3600kv) (ESC: Hobbywing Seaking 60A) (9/10)

This boat was rescued from the bin, and then stripped out and refitted, originally it had a 600bb motor, I fitted a 4mm flexI and strudder along with a watercooled mount and a Leopard 2869 5050kv motor it needs 2 x 11.1v 5000mAh 50C-100C baterries in Parallel, and will do circa 50mph (Motor: Leopard 2860 5050kv) (ESC: Hobbywing) (8/10)

Purchased second hand as a fun boat, it runs quite nicely, apart from digging in on a tright hand turn at full speed. I have tried removing the leading edge of the rudder, but it made no difference, may need to fit a wedge or trim tab. (Motor: 550) (ESC: Thunder) (10/10)

This is identical to the MK1, however, it is about 75-80g lighter, which hopefully will reflect on the top speed, the turn fin on this one is Carbon instead of Alloy. Have just changed the prop for an Octura X435. (Motor: Leopard 2860 5050KV) (ESC: Hobbywing Seaking 120A) (8/10)

It will be powered by an SC .61M ABC through a straight ballraced shaft, I have fitted Nav lights that I found lurking In the cupboard (Years old), and crafted a windscreen and flybridge. There Is a handle fitted to the back, this Is to aid holding her still whilst tuning, however, It Is fitted with a servo horn on the high speed needle, so can be tuned while running.

just ordered the hull from R2Hobbies In Hong Kong, with postage It came out at Aยฃ42. The hull has a number of holes In both the top and the bottom on the port side, these go Into a chamber that Is sealed off from the remainder of the boat, and vents through the back. Allegedly, this makes It self righting If you capsize It. the plan Is to fit a 115mm strudder with a 4mm shaft, and a Hobbywing 3600kv through a Hobbywing Seaking 60A ESC, culminating In an X345 or an X438 by Octura. I will also use a Water cooled motor mount. It Is a case of awaitng delivery now.

This was the initial run, and I wasn't quite expecting the end result, you cannot hit the throttle this hard to start with. Oops1

This is an Arowana 22.2" mono EP hull, allegedly self righting, however, on it's maiden run I turned it too fast and flipped it, sadly the self righting didn't, and a hatch clip failed, the end result was that after about 40 seconds of being upside down, the back end dissapeared, and it ended up 70% submerged with about 6" of bow pointing towards the sky. I have since had a play in the bath, and cannot get it to self right, also it leaks water from the factory fitted divider for the flood chamber, so not the quality that I thought it was, don't quite know how to rectify that one.

This is a lighter version of my MK1 previously posted, lighter by some 80g, and having a slightly larger prop, I assumed it would be faster, the reality was that the X438 was too much, so will go back to an X435. it ran a bit wet as well, so now I have adjusted the angle of attack on the prop, which should sort things out. The 6 inches of boat tip in the pond was my Arowana 22.5" mono, it flipped and a hatch clip failed, and that was the end result, so I was trying to nudge it in, and I failed, luckily my brother is good with a fishing rod and recovered it.

Graupner Systems Catamaran (Second hand, and refitted) with Leopard 2860 5050kv Motor, it has 2 x 11.1v 4200mAh 50c-100c batteries in parallel, as the motor has a max draw of 120A, The prop is an octura X435 connected to a Prestwich models Strudder.
This was it's Second run, , this run was very successful, the speed took me a little by surprise, hence the expletive (Sorry). I would love to know the actual speed. After a short run, a connection on the electrics came adrift. all repaired and ready to run again now.

This was it's maiden run, and initially I hit the throttle too hard, and made it tail walk. and the coupling came adrift. after a little tighten up, the second run was very successful.

Have mounted the motor on the mount provided, along with the servo.By using the 3600kv over the 5050kv, It will only need one battery, as the 5050kv draws 120A max, as opposed to the 3600kv that draws 55A max. the batteries I have are 50C-100C, In both 7.4v and 11.1v.

Built from a .PDF plan I found on the net, this 22" Outrigger Hydro sports a Hobbywing 3600Kv Brushless, along with a Hobbywing 60A esc, a 5000mAh 11.1v 45C LiPo, and an Octura X435 Prop connected to a Strudder from Prestwich models.. it weighs 930g without the battery, with the battery, she goes 1386g.
This was it's Maiden run, at Herbert Woods Boatyard, at Potter Heigham Norfolk. it ran very nicely, but can do with a little tweaking to get more speed.
For the record, I did not swear, it was someone onlooking.
