the prop I've fitted is 44mm , 4 blade brass , running on 7.2v she raises out of the water a treat .
You can get them from the following Email address......

hI , has any one got Info on size / shape of rudder for 48inch fireboat running single 700 elec. motor on 7.2 volts
She planes well but Is very reluctant to turn fast..

I believe this is a 34 inch aerokit, I "rescued" it from Ebay, and will bring her back to how she should look...
Watch this space...
After lots of hassle I finally got the motor and prop.shaft aligned.
with a scratch built mastshe's beginning to "LOOK" the part.

I have found out that 1/16th figures are approx 110/120 mm(4.25 inches)tall, and TAMIYA do some german WW2 figures that could be adapted, as to crew uniform look on this web site www.hslmouldings.co.uk/ as they do a 1/24 Raf crew... Regards Bob J

As a newbie , can any one shed light on the scale of boats?I have a 34 Inch long aerokit launch and wish to "Crew" It , but have NO IDEA what scale It Is !!!! Any help welcomed
