Chugalone I'm using Vallejo paints right now with a Iwata IPH 80 here is first time with this set up, Color is real bright due to the sun I'm buillding a Model Slipway boat the 'TRENT'
I had to many issues paint with laquer and enamel paints due to the thinners on Styrene glues and fillers they seemed to made the Styrene and paint soft for several days. took to long to cure. befor applying 2nd coats.

Thanks Bruce, its always good to read as much information possible related to airbrushing if you want to create outstnading finishes in your models.
I have being using airbrush before we had internet......🙄 and I learned the hard way...try and error until I got the hang of it.
For me the main concern is to have a good paint/thinner ratio.
Too much paint is what will cloge you tip and too much thinner will give you the runs.
This is my favorite thinner, Tamiya X20-A.
