This is the first post Iv put on any site so ......here goes.
I have 18 boats ..................Yes 18 , and Im still married lol !
Love this boat , just going through a re fit , power wise etc,
just was not powerful enough. and too clean .
so decided to try my hand at weathering .
a bit daunting building something "pristine '' ish
then trying to make it better by roughing it up .

What is the length of this model? I am still engaged in flying scale WW1 airplanes at 83, but I can see me getting back to my Bristol Pilot Cutter and Clyde Puffer.

Nice looking boat, hope to be back sailing soon at Ethrow, daughters health issues curtailed any sailing last year, my brother David is the yacht secretary there. he usually down Tues, Thurs and Sunday. Have been busy finishing latestmodel and re-jigging some older ones, so plenty to do.

Sir William Hoy
Started Sir William Hoy in 2013 and is 45 inches in length and I am still working on the fittings and finishing. The original coal fired tug was built 1929 in the N.E. of England.
Both model tugs have twin motors geared down 6 to 1 and have differential steering.
