I am sinking in the main fore deck items through the planks down to the plywood.
Tapering the bases of the parts to sit level.
The windlass is at an early stage of the units build but levelling this will move it to the next stage in its build.

Decided to do some work on the Hull while materials arrive. So the Freeing ports are on my list and then the Stanchions can be cut and fixed in position..
Made an aluminium template to mark them out based on the deck height. Double checking as I go …

Completed cutting and tack fitting the bulwark stanchions today, hand rail next..
