⁷Hello everyone. I haven't been on the forum in a while, still contending with rebuilding my home. It's a slow process a, still taking thing apart. So much damage in this area that has affected the ability to get decent workers to help.

So I had to disconnect from the forum for a while to avoid distractions.

This is a good opportunity to take a break and wish all of you a Merry Christmas and healthy New Year.
