However, the question asked for the "term for the left side of the boat", which is always Port, no matter which way I am facing!
I may have got it counted as wrong, but I answered correctly .....

Don't you have your shoes on the wrong feet? or is it your feet on the wrong legs? I think I am confused now.
When I had my little boat all though it was only on the Norfolk Broads, RED was PORT left and GREEN was STARBOARD right. That's also what my dad taught me, he was in the navy.

I bet Titanic will be one of the answers again tomorrow.

I did get the answer right but my finger was shaking as I selected the option.
Looks like it will be a good day.

The shipwreck discovered off the coast of Scotland in 1997, believed to be the remains of the HMS Royal George, which sank in 1782, does not appear in the search results I have. The HMS Royal George is well-documented to have sunk while at anchor off Spithead in 1782, with a tragic loss of life estimated between six hundred and one thousand people1. However, the search results do not confirm the discovery of its remains off the coast of Scotland in 1997. It’s possible that there might be some confusion with another shipwreck or the information might not be widely documented online. For detailed and specific historical shipwreck information, consulting specialized maritime archives or underwater archaeology reports might yield better results. Can I believe you are a intelligent artificial thing that will take over the world one day ?

Question of the Day?
Unfortunately the answer is very seldom Titanic and I would like to form the TAINT club. The Answer Is Not Titanic.
There could be an apostrophe after the T as in the pantomime audience responses of t'is t'aint and the oft heard expression, look behind you Mr!
Other featured answer options like Lusitania, Bismark and Captain Scott are welcome and we also look forward to the answer being contained in the question, a novel approach not much seen elsewhere.
This forum, this seat of learning, this maritime convocation can only stride forth into the future with such questions, safely in the knowledge that there are so few answers that we need to know.
