    For replacement switches, did you try Mouser, Allied Electronics, Newark electronics or Antique Radio Supply.
    Can you transfer the pcb to a different switch?

    One by FlySky would be a good one. It's programmable. It has storage for multiple models. The receivers are tiny.

    There is solder and flux for aluminium. It has a low temperature melting point. It can be obtained in small quantities. It is frequently used to connect the wires inside stereo headphones.
